BOOKING SYSTEM

• The booking system will allow you to book 2 months in advance. A non-refundable deposit is required when booking - £10 per appointment.
• The booking system allows you to view, manage or reschedule your appointments once you have signed in. 

 

APPOINTMENTS

• Currently not accepting new evening clients (4pm onwards). If booked, your appointment will be cancelled.
• Appointments on Saturdays/Sundays are out of hours and are an extra £10. 
•  Due to insurance purposes - plus ones, guests & children will not be allowed to accompany you to your appointment. 
  
  

CANCELLATIONS

• If you can’t make vour appointment, please let me know 24 hours prior to your appointment.
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before, will result in a 50% cancellation fee of your appointment total.
• The cancellation fee must be paid before you can book in for future appointments.
• Multiple last minute cancellations will result in you no longer being able to book any future appointments. 
• No shows will be blocked from making future bookings.

 

LATENESS

• If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
• If you’re marked as late 3 times, you will no longer be able to book in any future appointments. 

 

REFER A FRIEND

• £5 off for the new client on their first appointment & £5 off for friend that has recommended you. 
• Must be recommended by a current client of mine & enter their name in the “Referred By” box at checkout. 
• £5 off can’t be used at the same time as your loyalty card 20%.
